Abstract: Deliverable reports a policy for human resource acquisition and management for the future of DiSSCo. The purpose of the Human Resources Policy is to set of guidelines and core management practices that include attracting and selecting the best professionals for the job, training and career development, mobility, work systems and inclusion, performance management and keeping people engaged.
